QA Report Flagging
Summary
QA Admins are now able to flag reports which will require users to make the requested edits. The user will receive an SMS/email notifying them of the issue and it will show up at the top of their My PCRs as flagged.
Step by Step
1. Once you are on the home page for CloudPCR you will need to select the QA/QI tab on the left side of the screen, then select QA PCRs
2. From here you can change the status for a "Submitted" PCR to "Admin Unlocked" to unlock various QA Admin features.
3. Now you can select the Actions button next to the "Admin Unlocked" PCR
4. You will see at the top of the drop down list "New QA Issue".
5. Once you select this a popup window will appear and you can choose an associated user, you can then type in a message about why the report was flagged and tag specific users by using the @ symbol.
6. Once a user is tagged in a flagged report they will receive a text message or email notifying them of the issue and it will appear at the top of their My PCRs as flagged.
