CloudPCR makes it simple to search for previous patients. When you are using this tool you will be able to search for any patient that has been helped by your agency. This helps reduce the amount of time it takes to input customer demographics.
You may search for previous patients by using their name, DOB, or last 4 digits of the patients social security number. Once you do this, you will see a list of PCR's that are associated with your patient, once you select the PCR you would like to use, our software will automatically populate the following fields with the information used in the patients PCR that you selected.
Fields Populated: First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Social Security Number, Birthday, Age, Race, Weight, Gender, Address, Phone Number, Email, Medical History, Allergies, Drivers License Number, Patient Practitioners, Immunizations, and Patient Medications.
Step-by-Step
1. Navigate to Patient and click on Previous Patient Search.
2. To search, enter any qualifying information you may have. (Name, Birthday, or Social Security Number)
3. Once you have found your patient click on Load Patient Data.
4. All of the patient information that was previously collected will populate into the corresponding fields.
