How to Create a New PCR

Cloud PCR allows you to add detailed information to help users understand the background of each patient. Creating a PCR is very straight forward.

Step-by-Step 

1. From your home screen, click Create New PCR found on the upper right hand side of the page.

2.  After clicking the Create New PCR button, you'll be redirected to the new PCR home screen which by default is the Incident screen. 



From the side menu, you can choose which type of information to fill out first.




When filling out the form, you’ll notice two prominent symbols, the plus sign and the question mark.  



The plus sign (+) indicates that you can add a customized value. The question mark (?) symbol explains what information to put in a particular field.


Some fields are also in red. These are the required fields.
