Grid Reporting: Summary

Grid Reporting is a powerful yet simple tool that you can use for quality assurance purposes. It allows you to run reports and filter data by various columns that you can customize.

Step-by-Step

1. Once you are on the home screen for CloudPCR, use the left side navigation menu to select QA/QI.

2. Clicking on QA/QI will create a drop down list of options to choose from. Select Grid Reporting.

3. Once you are on the Grid Reporting window, use the Data View drop down to select the type of report you wish to run and then use the Date Range drop down to select the date range you would like to use for the report.

PCR- Standard: This will create a report that shows the most generic fields from the PCR's. Every field that is in a PCR is an option for the columns.

Procedures- Standard: This report filters PCRs by procedures that were done to the patient.

Patient Demographics- Standard: This report is filtered by your patients demographics (Age, Gender, Race)

Dispatch Statistics- Standard: This report is filtered by your dispatch statistics (Nature of the Incident, dispositions, CMS Level)

Treatment Medications- Standard: This report is filtered by the medications that you have given to patients (Medicine Name, Dosage, Response)

You can customize the columns you want to be displayed using the Column Chooser. Simply click and drag the header to the Column Chooser box. Every field that is in a PCR is also listed as a column that you can filter your reports by.

3. For each header, you'll also see a pin-like icon. If you click that, you can filter the information to be displayed in each column.
